EFN and New Philanthropy Capital (NPC) collaborated to deliver this training for environmental charities on what it means to be an impact-focused organisation. This can be particularly challenging with regard to environmental issues, where the path to impact can be murky and winding, and NPC’s wider work with environmental NGOs suggests that organisations are interested in learning about what the theory of change approach can offer.
The training is aimed at anyone involved in planning, communicating and measuring impact in their organisation (it doesn’t matter what your job title or management level is).
