For our members’ lunch this February, we’re bringing together three thought leaders to answer one question: How can funders better integrate climate and gender programming?
Within our network there is a wealth of knowledge and experience on this topic, so, as well as hearing from our speakers, we want to leave plenty of time for discussion, sharing insights, your questions and, of course, a casual lunch.
Curious about what to expect from this session, here’s some initial reading to whet your appetite:
- Protecting biodiversity and driving development through women’s leadership by Zainab Salbi
- Why climate change is a code red for girls by Faith Mwangi-Powell
Venue address sent to attendees once they have signed up.
Our speakers:
- Humanitarian, writer and social entrepreneur Zainab Salbi, co-founder of Daughters for Earth and Women for Women International.
- Public health expert Faith Mwangi-Powell, CEO of Girls Not Brides and founding Executive Director of the African Palliative Care Association and former Global Director of The Girl Generation.
