Our recent report exploring the challenges faced by fundraisers highlighted the difficulty of finding funding for using, collecting and optimising data. In this new series, we’re starting with the assumption that we would all use our data better, not just for a one-off report, but on an on-going basis growing our understanding of an issue and in turn improving the outcomes of our work.

In the first session we’ll be diving into baselines in a conservation context. Ever wondered how to chart a river? How to measure the environmental and social value of mountains?  Or what two decades of environmental monitoring can tell you about the health of an island’s biodiversity?
